OUR STORY
PENETRALIA is developed by Steven Blick, owner of Herr Blick; a Leading Salon of the World. Having honed his skills cutting hair for over thirty years, Steven understands the difference between products that tell a story and products that do the job.

Massage into wet hair and scalp, then rinse and repeat if required.
